Sergeant Clair Ryer

Clair has served in the RAF for over 20 years, originally working in logistics, she then spent 8 years in recruitment travelling to schools, colleges and universities to discuss with potential recruits life in the RAF and the application process. Clair has also been heavily involved in charity work, she helped organise a football team for homeless men in Lincoln.
