Avro Vulcan B2 and the Royal Family
In July 1953, the Queen attended the Royal Review at RAF Odiham to celebrate her coronation. Over 300 static aircraft were reviewed by the Queen, later in the afternoon there was a flypast of over 600 aircraft of the RAF and commonwealth air forces, including the 3 V-Bombers and the first prototype of the Avro Vulcan piloted by Wing Commander Roly Falk.
